The “Peace of Mind” warranty covers the cost of defective parts for the first ten years and covers the heat exchanger for life. Should you sell your home, the warranties will also transfer automatically to the new homeowners.

Temperature Rise
Comfort is the purpose behind any heating system, and warmer air from the heat vents in your home means greater comfort for you. “Temperature rise” is the temperature difference between air entering and exiting the furnace. The higher the temperature rise—the greater the warmth of the air when it enters your home. Thermo Pride has set a standard of 70°F temperature rise across its full line of furnaces, considerably higher than other manufacturers’ units. When should I buy a Thermo Pride Premiere CHX3/CDX3 series furnace?
The Premiere 2-stage 90%+ furnace (CHX3/CDX3) has all of the benefits of the single stage 90%+ furnace (CHB1/CDB1) plus a few added features.

The ECM variable speed blower motor adjusts to com¬pensate for less than perfect duct applications and/or dirty filters (filters should be cleaned or replaced on a regular basis).
Two stages of heat allow for longer run times at a reduced firing rate. Increased run times allow better air filtration and reduce temperature swings during the milder seasons increasing your comfort level.
