The Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio, also referred to as SEER, is an energy efficiency rating for heat pumps. The higher the SEER, the better the energy performance, the more you save on your energy bill. The Department of Energy has established a minimum SEER rating of 14.0 for heat pumps.
The Premiere XT Series offers ultra-high efficiency operation while the LX-14 Series offers high efficiencies. Both series meet the Department of Energy’s efficiency rating requirements.
